Did my shoulder in the gym

Fuark, was going so well. Every time I get to a somewhat decent point with progression & lifts I manage to tweak something. Shoulder has been a bit painful for a couple of months but today was doing single arm rows and as soon as leaned my weight on the arm, sharp pain. Now in certain position hurts.

Any remedies brahs! Or just RICE

Hang from a bar to improve shoulder mobility. Used to have shoulder problems. Haven’t had any since i started doing this. Even joe rogan mentions it.

Upper body warm up with bands and very light dumbbells before every shoulder workout.

Pullups + band warmup for 10 minutes before workouts every single day even if it's a leg day crew

all about load progression. Smart programming is only way to decrease injury rate. Not hanging from a bar.

How bout both? Trust me, hanging from a bar sounds simple, but it works.

Maybe you got weak rotator cuff or rear delts? Or maybe bad techinque, remember to always retract your shoulder blades before doing the excercise
