How can I move myself up the Norwood scale?

Currently have no balding but I am striving for a Norwood 3.5 for a more masculine, mature look

Can a good barber recreate this or is there another way?
6'1, 205 lbs

Just go to the barber and ask for a line up. That's what Latinos have to do with their Norwood -0.5's of peace.
