Do atomic bombs exist? (srs)

What if WW2 Nagasaki and Hiroshima was planned out between Japan and America. Japan pulled out its citizens and fire bombed the buildings in exchange for something and to end the war

Why did Japan "kamikaze" ships off the coast of America? That's fukin insane what reason would a country have - a country thousands/millions of miles away from the conflict in Europe - to send their army to suicide bomb another country - that was also far removed from the conflict and didn't do chit - that was across an entire fkin ocean for no reason?

They just decided one day, not being in the war in Europe, to cross an entire ocean and kamikaze random ships off the coast of America.. And that was the start and end of the Japan vs. America conflict? And conveniently these same countries developed "nukes" that conveniently ended the war?

I worked with nukes when I was in the Air Force.

Not intimately or technically, but I have seen the war heads taken off their transportation vehicles and worked on. In rooms full of sealed off 55 gallon drums that really make you think humans should not be in there.

The warheads were not very large. Black in color and a rounded pyramid type shape.

Of course I have seen a chit ton of the “hot” missiles as well. Air Launch Cruise Missiles (ALCM) and the Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM).


For the purposes of this thread, they could have been props though. And the whole reason we were there was all an act where the actors didn’t even know they were actors.

Yes but that is something that is measurable and there will be signs and barriers so you dont get too close and for the people that have to work with them closer they will monitor and record their exposure so that levels they receive are way below thresholds to cause any harm.

ok but implying they even exist...

scientists everywhere probably were like "what is this chit splitting an atom isn't possible" in top secret underground bunkers....... and the government was like "ok damn... you're laid off we understand now" and all the gov's are just telling people about nuclear weapons in the name of "world peace" so that another world war doesn't break out. Makes sense from a humanitarian perspective

and controls in the middle east which are supposedly frantically trying to get nuclear weapons made (or North Korea for example) are just out of the loop
