Alright, you take some sweet OJ, pick a workout plan and get massive. Then you are suddenly qualified to give advice on hypertrophy, especially something as stupid as "yeah, do 100 bar squats at the beginning of leg day" and "leg days are supposed to suck"

who was any sort of scientific knowledge about what drives hypertrophy
who was enjoying workouts
who was working out smart

I guess if you can't sell your yt with actual knowledge like RP you have to sensationalize

Most bodybuilders now jack s**t about anything, or if they do, they can't tell the truth.

You address an important point that applies to «coaches» and «gurus» in all industries: just because you know how to do something for yourself, doesn’t make you qualified to teach it.

Brb, i’m mentally sane, I’ll be a therapist now.

Lots of terrible information out there. I stick to only a few people when it comes to getting training advice.
