how do people in pain wake up everyday?

its like instead of living your life in a lot of ways you're just watching life pass you by. feels like chit. I would trade everything just to not feel pain.

You have to try and divert focus on something else but the pain. If you sit around focusing on how much you're in pain, you're going to magnify it.

I have been living with 7 herniated disks from a bad wreck back in 2017 , TBH you just kind of forget its there most of the time and keep on keepin' on. Then you make one wrong move and you're fkn sidelined for the next week.... LOL.

But I have been looking into some alternative methods of treatment that I may pull the trigger on in 2021. Most Dr's here just want to pump you full of pain killers or cut you open.

Good you're looking into alternatives. Don't get me started on the painkiller epidemic in the USA. Big pharma making billions off peope's addiction, causing further suffering.

You have a good outlook, though. Best of luck to you brah.

In case you're serious about the first part - yes, but sometimes lower back pain is caused through things like tight glutes. Mobility work can help alotwith lower back pain/tightness.

OP is an attention whoring fraud - fisting is likely the only thing that'd help him. Elbow deep.

A good trade for you would be getting help for your drinking problem. Then your compulsive lying might clear itself up, and you may even become tolerable to those around you. Good luck *******

LOL @ OP getting crushed by Texas bros ITT.

But yeah i've been in this boat with horrible back pain, my dad's had it for many years. Mindset is a big deal, hard to forget about it completely but staying busy/hobby helps.

Chiropractors are legit if they have a proven track record and actually say they can bring you relief. Always try that first before surgery
Just trying hard to not be a fat sack-o-chit.
