Anyone notice a lot of girls are posers?

-got approached by girl after she saw my squat PR
-talked strength training and got her number
-5+ years lifting and has a 300lbs total...lol wut?
-pays for super over complicated training program
-checks her phone as she stretches to see her workout for that day
-we go for a run after the gym as she said she wants to run more
-tells me she did ROTC in college
-says shes good at "pushing herself"
-gasses out and has to walk after 3/4 mile at a 1mph pace...SRS

Got to thinking and noticed almost every chick in the gym has the appearance of hardcore, but almost none have the results.

Head to toe in Gymshark jumpsuit that cost $300 with a hat on indoors (lol) so do bodyweight ass stretches three times a week.

This applies to all aspects of life though. Its always basic chicks who are first to identify with a sport or hobby and then fall flat on their face when its time to prove it.

who cares tho. everyone thinks they can do more than they can. maybe she did push herself and normally only do 2/4 of a mile

My ex wife used to do 50 mile trail runs and ironmans, but yeah i feel you op but it isnt just women.
