How many times do you hit each muscle group a week?

How many times do you guys hit each muscle group, and do you hit other groups more often?

I literally hit each group once a week, considering hitting all groups twice a week.

Is this optimal though?

I used to do 2x a week but I'm going to switch to 1x a week and do more cardio/sports. 2x a week was too gymcel life for me. I like being active, but I want to be social and meet other active, social people and it was hard to find energy to do that when lifting 6x a week and working 60+ hours for my job on top of that.

Alright, I get you now. That doesn't sound bad actually.

That's what I'm on the fence about, currently doing PPL but with just once a week.

Maybe If I do end up going this route, I'll play it week by week. some weeks 1x others 2x.

Ppl with days off between when I need them. More frequency means I lower the volume to compensate.

At the end of the day this isn't really that important tbh
