Faking duties on resume if you know your chit
Is it a bad idea, if I know some tech but don't do it at work and put it on my resume?
If I'm very good at python and can pass any hard coding problems and I put develop some application for my duty at my current job on my resume, how would they ever find out if I know my chit and can pass the technical interview?

Yes, fake as much chit as possible. As long as it's a skill that you are confident you could learn in a reasonable amount of time if asked is all that matters.
