What does this mean? (reps and advice)

I was at the park having fun with my friend and kicking the ball around... i was enjoying myself and then all of a sudden i got triggered by a smell or something in the air and the flashbacks of my ex came back and her laugh, her smile, her voice, her beautiful hair god she had the best hair it wasjust so big and bushy but silky and nice man it was so nice i started getting really sad for the rest of the time at the park i felt sad... my friend asked me what was up but i felt too embarressed to tell him so i just told him i was tired.

i just feel incredibly sad i was on social media and i stalked my ex's cousin who posted a story abut my ex, and my ex has set up a page where she is selling sweets and i looked at her pictures of her cakes and i felt real sad as she used to bake me things but i took it for granted man.

Sometimes i miss her more as a friend than a lover... if that makes sense.

She doesn't remember me etc, she doesnt' even care.

I wish i could be part of her life again, just hanging out talking, having sex, laughing together going on dates etc.

Thank **** my memories have gone to **** so i don't feel that bad but i still feel a bit sad.
