Rate physique/10. Do I even lift?

I think im done chasing mass. I used to constantly bulk and cut and honestly I hated it. Maybe I will slowly gain weight but right now sitting at 6ft 187lbs.

My chest and lats have always been stubborn. I've been really focusing on both right now. I also want to build some more delts. I feel like they really make or break a physique.

Misc also doesnt realize that a lot of physiques on here are in the 90%+ of the population.

I used to be called "jacked" when I weighed like 160 and was lean. The standards as always are incredibly skewed from the internet.

Wish I was as lean as you brah looking really good.
My chest and lats was always stubborn especially my chest.
Decided to put all my energy into getting a big bench and raise my pull up count.
Now I get compliments on my chest and back all the time.
But I'm miring, solid physique brah.

She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

If u cut a lil more u could have a 9/10 - 10/10 body for the avg population.

For bodybuilding prob 5-6/10

See im learning that my delts need way more volume than I'm used to. I used to rely heavily on presses only. I learned that raises are king.

Looking good.

Your lower body must be pretty developed as well since your upper body doesn't look massive but you weigh close to 190lb at 6.

Legs aren't terrible. They are about 24-24.5 inches. Big enough that they look like I lift legs atleast.

That's a picture of my back. Not the greatest but I have some definition atleast.
