Both parties are really pissing me off.

Cc’d all in my reply to show that I’m annoyed and I won’t stand for this. Honestly should have just replied in the subject line (this is how you really big dawg someone, improper spelling of their name and short form for words is good too). I think I was too polite for these fuk wits.

Hopefully they just rescind the offer.
