No point in regretting anything. Life chooses the path you walk down. Not vice versa.

Make sure you save money.
Get your credit straight.
Don't get a woman pregnant.
Make life long lasting friendships/connections
Find a job that you can live off of and somewhat enjoy. Most of us never put ourselves in a position to do what we enjoy or just don't have the means to do it so find something you can be content with. While you do that do what you need to do to get where you want to be in life.

Always put as much as you can into your retirement.
Never stop gymcelling. You don't have to break PRs every workout, but hit the gym and maintain at least 4 times a week.
Stay out of the sun and take care of your skin.

I never would have gotten on the 4 year College or Student Loan Plantation if I had to do it over again.
I still would have gone to the state community college I went to, but my Mom paid for that. $1200 to $1500 per semester back in the early 90's. After that a trade school would have been a better choice.
4 year Universities are way too much of a scam with their overpriced textbooks and ridiculous pre-requisites that are designed to extract as much money from each student as possible, rather than teaching them anything useful.

Should have bought a house earlier instead of renting. Didn't buy my first house until I was 34.

31 here.
Most of these have been posted, but still:
Save money
Find a hobby
Do what makes you happy
Be willing to experience new things - don't just say "no" immediately to opportunities.
Have fun!
Honestly once I hit 30 I was much more sure of who I was. I allowed myself to let loose and it was a great decision. I'm a huuuuuge believer in "work now, play later" and life after 30 has been that exactly. I worked my butt off in my 20s to enjoy the things I'm doing now.

my advice would be to make decisions based on your happiness level and alterations to it
if you were to plot happiness on the Y axis and time on the X axis, you need to constantly be checking your decisions against your baseline and try to maximize the area under the curve
perfect example is dating sloots
let's say you're at 10 happiness units by default, and when you meet her, it jumps up to 15. over time you find out that she's a real fukken kunt and over time your happiness drifts downward and dips under 10, sometimes substantially.
because of the sunk cost fallacy that most of us tend to get trapped in (regarding many things), you stick with her in spite of the fact that she is actively subtracting happiness from your default level every day
my advice would be to respect yourself enough that you dump that stupid kunt the second she begins to take happiness rather than give it

Dont let the deadbeats on the forum delude you into believing life is nothing but acting hard, layin pipe and hustling. lol
Find someone you care about and start a family. Life goes further than whats fun in your teen/twenties. Plan for sustainability and be true to what makes you genuinely happy

Learn to forgive - there are a lot of *******s running around in this clown world but also good ppl. Having hate in your heart can take a toll. Life's too short. Be mindful of the *******s and forgive them for their ****gatry but don't let it breed resentment.
Do it all - you can get a lot of **** done if you plan and prioritize. You can still lift, have a great career, get yucky with the boys, and smash chicks while having a healthy relationship with family.
Live within/below your means - don't be a cheap **** (it's an awful reputation to have) but also be thoughtful on how you spend. Those that get bothered on you not splurging (because it will stretch you) probably aren't the ppl you want to have around.
Money isn't the root of all happiness but it sure as **** makes life a lot easier - I can think about existential questions now lol (ie should I buy 2.5M home or is the one I have good enough? Do I need the space?) Rather than stressing about making rent or how tf I'm going to feed my family.
Those are the easy ones that come to mind.
Keep hustlin!

I was fat throughout much of college and the time after, and that was probably the biggest mistake of my life. Still got laid a fair amount, but looking back I stopped traveling for like 5 years(likely because of it) which is my biggest passion. That would have been the perfect time for me to do it, rather than being like 27-28 when I picked back up.
Also, smoking weed is fun sometimes, but don't ever become a stoner.

37 checking in.
Good chit in this thread already, so I'll share some unconventional wisdom.
Regret:
I wished I had banged dudes and trannies. Dead srs. I'm a legit bisexual(this is the misc, lettuce be real tea, most of us are part homo) and have never banged a dude or tranny. It's something I wish I had done, because I'm married now and it's something I likely will never do. If you have a desire to do this, explore that side of yourself. Srs.
Don't regret:
Not doing super doses of OJ. Gave it some thought when getting ready to compete, but ended up donating an organ and it basically killed my plans. That chit can ruin your long-term health. Stick to natty lite if you want to go to the dark side.
