I've been battling it work for 2-3 years but i think i might have won srs

It is very systematic though because people at the lower level don't want to step out of line and the higher ups and people in charge of hiring are likely causing the diverse hiring

its entitlement. its people stretching the limits of equality. Yes if someone can do the job well, race sex political opinion should not matter. But people get butthurt when they are not given opportunities. BRB didn't get the job its because I'm a minority/gay/fat/weird not because I'm not qualified and wouldn't fit in. My degree in African gender studies is just as important as your degree in Nuclear Engineering...
