I have been eating shredded chicken and broccoli for like 6 months now 5 days a week. On the weekends I eat what I want within my cals.
Throw chicken with broth in instant pot, throw broccoli on oven to roast, walk away for 30 minutes, come back, take it out, portion it out, profit.
I then put 2 tablespoons of whatever sauce I have at work and heat it up, so it's shredded chicken with BBQ, Teriyaki, Brown Sugar Maple, etc. I've never had a problem nor do I ever get bored of what I eat. Before that I was just crowding the crap out of my oven with Chicken and Broccoli until I realized how much an instant pot can save your life.

Sous vide is the GOAT method for meal prepping large amounts of chicken tits. Been eating titties+rice+veggies basically every single day at least once a day for months and haven't got tired of it yet. Go through about 4-5# of tits a week plus whatever other meats I cook. I just switch the seasoning up every couple days that I add to the bowl to keep the flavors fresh.

I eat chicken, broccoli and yams every day, but cook them in oven on weekends. Tell me exactly how an instant pot will save time? You don't put all of that in there together, do you? And I like my broccoli roasted. Will the instant pot give it that same kind of flavor?

I usually make about 3 uncooked cups of rice at a time, 3-4 sweet potatoes, or 3-4 lbs of chicken.

Might have to try that out. I've perfected my way
-Marinade
-sear both sides on medium high for 2 minutes
-Throw in oven on 450 for 17 minutes
-Done
-Cut into strips before reheating in microwave
Comes out juicy every time.
