Love how Spotify employees....

I love how Spotify employees are ready to strike to get Joe Rogan censored, but were completely absent for YEARS of Spotify digitally monopolizing the music industry and fukcing over musicians on ad-revenue.

Rather than stick up for indie musicians and artists and help them get a bigger cut of money, these *******s would rather get someone cancelled. It's all about control, these momos have zero moral integrity. Joe Rogan probably accomplishes more before breakfast than they did before 30 years old.

Well if Rogan wasn't stupid, he should have some type of clause in place about control/censorship in his contract.

I hope spotify gives him the boot. That way he doesn't have to walk on eggshells anymore. It's sad how dumb these Libs are nowadays. Sad how greedy the rich have become too.

What exactly are they upset about? From what I've read, it seems like they're up in arms over Abigail Shrier's episode? I guess nothing says progressive like censoring women, she even went out of her way to make it clear that her book was written to address the social contagion among teen girls.

If anyone has ever worked for a large corporation, this is almost certainly the upper management using "employee activists" to advance one of their own personal agendas.

This is one of the ways corporations control their employees without looking like the bad guy.

The main point is, Spotify are massive pieces of sh!t who screw over musicians. The fact employees would rather strike to censor ONE PERSON, rather than address the fact the entire platform is rigged and screws over pretty much everyone else on the platform, is completely ridiculous. They don't have morals, they aren't trying to enact positive change...they just want to get rid of a guy who doesn't agree with a large enough % of their politics. If they had any moral fortitude they'd have been "striking" ages ago when they found out how much Spotify bones creators.

Really hoping this contract gets axed, And he goes to SiriusXM, Wich he should have done in the first place. Unless he didn't want to be behind a paywall, I read from shareholders / read he was offered a contract match. But SiriusXM lets there employees literally do whatever they like with there shows.

Deal may even be off the table as Sirius may not want to be cancelled by taking a stand with him.

this situation has ruined rogan for me. i enjoy that he says what he thinks, if i know he is censoring himself then it ruins the show. its like knowing how the magic tricks work. Too bad.

I don't listen to most of his shows but you'd figure he'd anticipate that he was going to lose some freedom by taking that paycheck.

"Employees" probably means the one weird chick in HR who smells vaguely of vinegar and somehow manages to slip in how she's reading White Fragility into any conversation she has with black employees

Artists were already used to being cucked by apple once the transition from analog to digital opened the itunes store.

All spotify did was one up apple.
Your schtick sucks and it screams insecurity.

How we're the only ones that understand this blows my fuking mid srs

Do peoplereally think these massive corporations are changing company wide policies because of a few blue haired SJWs? Do people truly believe that a twitter post is enough to get a massive company to embrace and push Wokestani ideas?

All of this is coming from the top down, all of it.
