Reverse Blackpill/Whitepill for Collegecels....I'm legit confused?

OK. So yesterday I was on a big college campus 30K+ students. There were literally packs of girls walking around in groups of 3-5 just on the hunt for Chads. It wasn't just pretty white girls wearing basically bras & jeans walking around...it was their fat friends. Not to mention most were drunk.

OK....so why the whitepill as the above connotes The Blackpill? Because I am legit confused how collegecels can't hook-up unless legit outcaste-tier.

Yes, being a legit hot guy makes things easy as dunking a basketball into NERF basket...but if you are collegecel........I strongly suggest you get your head out of the books on weekends and maybe you will be some second-tier Becky's eighth choice (yah...I know that sucks but it is what it is).

Most people do get laid at university. Even my skeletally thin and near-deformed engineer friend had sex once at university.
