Summer Just Broke in Louisiana!!

Took my dog outside and the weather was nice and chilly and crispy with a chit ton of morning sun.

Currently 55 with a high of 75. Time to turn the air off and open the windows.

I love fall weather. Time to start venturing outside again!

Made the mistake of vacationing in NoLa in early August. Couldn’t walk 20’ without being soaked with sweat. Could almost cut the air with a knife.

I'm on the bay side of HTX and still say summer is the GOAT. Of course living so close to the water probably makes it better, even if our beaches are dirty AF.

Yeah man. You workout, take a shower, get dressed for the day, and immediately start sweating. Even inside. You don’t stop for the rest of the day. It isn’t too bad at first.

By August things like riding the motorcycle, jogging/walking/biking outside, pretty much anything that is not in close vicinity to water just blows.

Going on the lake isn’t too bad, because you can just jump in.

I have so much yard work to catch up on. I mean, I mowed it and everything. Some of the more detailed stuff. Pulling weeds from my walkway and stuff.

I’m probably going to clean out my garage today. Been waiting to do that. I also need to work on my RV. Finally can have some motivation to do this stuff.

Bad timing. The last week of July and the first 2 weeks of August are always the muggiest and most uncomfortable all year.
