If I had to move to near a city in Oklahoma...

Which would it be? Oklahoma City or Tulsa.

Any towns near these 2 cities would count as near the city. E.g. Moore would be Oklahoma City since it's so close to it.

Oklahoma City has a lot more jobs for my career while Tulsa doesn't really have much, yet it's just as expensive. (relative cheap compared to CA)

If miscers had to pick a location, and you aren't scared of tornadoes which would it be?

E.G if you can afford to live in CA, you can buy a mansion in OK.

I know many on the misc are liberal elites who live in CA, and hate red states, but you can at least drop a vote.

I’ve never felt like I was going to get raped/mugged in Tulsa, but in OKC I witnessed a drug deal go down and thought I was gonna get shot by how they were staring us down

Were you walking around at night? Or in broad daylight?
In CA, people usually just park 2 cars near each other with cars parked front facing and the other backfacing, open doors , so no one can see ****, but it's obvious what's going on. No one seems to care here.

College and pro sports (when they start back up). Live music venues.

I live about an hour north of Tulsa and have been there 100's of times. Been to OKC about dozen. There are just more places to visit and things to do in OKC. One of Tulsa's major employers is American Airlines, they recently layed off several hundred people. I would say that traffic is worse in OKC though, there are also a lot of toll roads.

That's good to hear, how do you pay toll roads there's do you just pass by and they send you a bill, or do you stop and are forced to pay cash? Can you pay with card? Or how does this work? I've never seen a toll road ever in CA so I'm pretty naive when it comes to that.

OKC. In addition to what others said, OKC has better hiking and I think better city systems (libraries, parks & rec, etc.) It's also more centralized for travel. Tulsa doesn't really have anything on the scale of what Midtown/Uptown OKC is becoming.
