Breyer's is scientific proof that people are stupid.

We didn't need further proof, but there it is boyos, right in your freezer aisle.

Breyer's is literally a company that lives off the stupidity of mouth breathing droolcels.

People are actually paying $3+ for 1/2 cup of frozen whipped 1% milk mixed with sugar.

These idiots pay the same price or more to buy this "frozen dairy desert", when legit ice cream is right on the shelf next to it.

For large mainstream producers maybe

Small-batch boutiquey stuff is the top shelf. You can get small-batch sorbet in my area that is so good it's almost criminal, but it's pricey af

Kroger Private Selection is one of the most legit store-bought ice creams I've ever had. We're talking $5 tubs of store-brand ice cream. Absolutely ridiculous, especially the English Toffee Caramel.

I almost never eat ice cream anymore. When I did, I went to local ice cream shops. Used to get Moose Tracks as a kid from the store but can't remember what brand.

Could have been a lot of different brands.

Turkey Hill here has a Moose Tracks flavor, but it's licensed.

Edy's is actually Dreyer's, which yep, is related to Breyer's, so it's basically junk ice milk.

Dean's is actually legit.

Just looked it up. Deans was moose tracks. edy's was fudge tracks.

Thank God I was only exposed to good ice cream as a kid. Lol at how edy's = Dreyers which is related to Breyers. Shows you to always do your research on foods before you get it.

I get fat when I eat ice cream too often.

Still Haagen Dazs Coconut Pineapple is a favorite.

And Kroger Private Selection? Um, I might have pumpkin cheesecake in the freezer.

Stopped eating Breyers when they switched to "Frozen Dairy Desert". If you can't legally call your product ice cream any more, no thanks Jeff. Even the crap tier store brand is allowed to be labeled as Ice Cream.

Agreed and I don’t think I’ve ever had a great mass produced coffee ice cream. Haagen dazs is a step in the right direction. But not comparable to properly making your own, especially with high quality ingredients
