But then i was lookingat girls i used to know in high school and they were so hot from 16-24 maybe 25

Many of them are still in shape and look aright 25 and over but it's like their face is changed. It's hard to describe. i mean they are still attractive but it's like they just get a generic look. That's the best way to describe it. Is that a loss of glow that happens to women 26+

They get like generic look... like that natural wow factor is gone from their face?

Glow reaper slays all women, and she is far more cruel than Norwood. She can take a prime sloot and leave her a barren hag, destitute of any redeeming qualities. Females have a chit life in spite of all the perks they get in society.
