We need to do a better job at being more welcoming to female miscers on this site

yes we have a few female miscers, but we're never going to get more with some of the threads and comments that are made. a lot are demeaning towards women and quite frankly, disgusting. i've always been proud to call myself a miscer, but with some of the stuff you guys post, i don't know how much longer i'll be able to say that for. do better.
