Rate dinner/10, cajun pasta edition (pics)(paging redfish and all Louisanabros)
Chicken Lazone last night at casa bourbon

Basically chicken dredged in a cajun spiced flour dredge, then remove the chicken from the pan and use the leftover dredge and butter to make your seasoned roux. Add some cream to thicken it and you're in there.

Protons and carbs galore in a spicy cajun cream sauce.

Side is just some green beans and Texas toast. I keep sides piss simple when I'm cooking something new.

I like Slap Your Mama - Amazon sells it if you can't find it elsewhere. The most popular one here in the states is called Tony something, it's REALLY salty. If I add enough to make it the amount of spice I want it makes the food oversalted. Slap your mama is where it's at. Can always add salt.

Never seen that kind of pasta before. Intredasting...
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*

I'm coming back around to it as a side - it's a cheap carb and really tasty. Just have to watch your portion size - eating a big old mess of it like this as an entree is a rare thing for us.

Not mirin Formica countertops, dirty pans, ceramic tile w/ filthy grout, electric stove, and dirty cabinets. You’re inching into catbrah territory.

Looks good.
Pineapples on the counter are always aesthetic as fuark.
Pineapples on the counter are always aesthetic as fuark.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.
