Has anyone thought of hopping on bicycles and becoming spec ops

If you tren hard and lift heavy I think you should be able to beat the un augmented competition. Military doesn't test for bicycles. What are the odds of this succeeding?

Any man should be able to achieve the basic fitness levels. The hard part is operating under stress, hunger, and little sleep for weeks in training... no cheat codes for that.
