Last time I dashed, was last Friday. Dashed for 3 hours, made $100 so it wasn't a bad haul at all. Dinner shift has definitely proven itself to be the most lucrative shift ... in my area at least. Since I'm still working from home for the day job, I tried dashing during the lunch time shift. I thknk I made like $30 in those three hours ... lol. Haven't tried doing the breakfast shift, yet. Probably never will too.

The key is to definitely set a limit to how small an order you will accept. For me, it's $8.00 though I might bump that up to $10.00. Phuck those $3.00 orders 'n chit. It's irritating (as well as interesting) to see how many people expect to get their fat ass 4 big macs, 3 large fries, and 2 milkshakes delivered for free. However, DD has been doing some shady chit lately to try and get those low ball orders fulfilled. So Tony (the DD CEO) can eat a dik too.

Operating costs for me is pretty minimal since I dash in a 2015 Mazda 3. However, I've seen people dash in F150s and mini-vans and the like. I just SMH because there's no way they're even breaking even given how much gas those vehicles use.

Hopefully you'll never have to serve a miscer because miscers don't tip.

Uber, Door Dash and Skip drivers can't do math and finance properly. They think they are making extra $$$ on the side when actually they are actually turning into slaves.

Is gas still a tax right off with the new tax plan...i assume u have to file taxes as 1099 to get the gas reciepts to be written off
