Everyone should be but since nearly 70% of americans are fatties, their organs get tossed in the trash because of inviability. Also, people still feel like theyneedtheir organs or something after death even thought hey wont be buried with them.

Dated a girl who was in a serious accident back in the day and the doctors were encouraging pulling the plug because she was an organ donor. Parents refused and she fully recovered. Take from that what you will.
