But, I'd say 90-100lbs, but that's just my preference. Not anorexic, and women over 30 can't maintain that weight because their metabolism is going to slow down.

But, a lot of those IG models you guys are looking at have fake tits and ass. There's also special software they use that they use to enhance their T&A to make it look bigger than it actually is.

Just like there's no way to spot reduce fat loss in a specific area, there's no way for women to just gain in their T&A. It's going to go to their hips, thighs and belly.
