I take Pharmaceutical Grade vitamins only Pure Encapsulations or Thorne Research multis when I used to take them, I heard its actually better just to take a Multi Mineral since most people are deficient in minerals.
B Vitamins are easy to get and a lot of the cheaper multies just load up with b vitamins its why you got that highlighter piss when you take them.
B vitamins are easy to get if you eat enough red meats or eggs.

None. I've tried a few years and years ago like animal pack and orange triad, plus basic ones. All of them are chit. The ones geared towards lifters just make you piss green and neon.
I eat majority whole foods including meat, milk, vegetables, fruit, rice, potatoes, etc.
I individually take vitamin C (500mg morning and 500mg night), 5,000IU vitamin D3 with Vitamin K2 every morning unless I'm in the sun all day, and at night on the days I lift I take Zinc/Magnesium/Calcium pill.

Just take it after dinner or meal before bed. Or figure out ways to increase your stomach acid naturally.
Also eat more fruits and veggies. These were all game changers for me. Do you get acid reflux/heartburn a lot?

Acid reflux is pretty rare for me and is usually almost instantly gone if it flares up.

Get a multi mineral, most minerals come from veggies, if you are not eating enough greens you likely have a mineral deficiency as a stated above. Magnesium is one of the most deficient nutrient in Americans, I eat a lot of Spinach, Also potassium I eat a lot of nuts like Pistachios also bananas.
The thing is in order to refuel your body with these nutrients it takes time.
Do you look at the mineral deficiency symptoms lists, how many of those do you check off?

Stopped taking a multi and just take Vitamin D. Feel the same or better, though I also eat a fortified cereal that basically has ground up multi in it. Figured my vitamin was redundant so I quit, but I don't get much sun and added some D.

What I do now makes me feel fantastic and I almost never get sick. The D3 with K2 was the game changer. Used to take just D3 until I realized K2 was necessary.

Rainbow Light Men's gets high ratings and is cheap, so i have been using it lately with meal#1 or a shake.
No Issues and i get the added coverage if the eating isn't perfect.

I sometimes take B12 tablets if I haven't been eating foods fortified with B12 for a while. Idk why you'd need to take multivitamins though if you can get all your stuff from food.
Got my blood test a couple months ago and the only thing I was a little low in was phosphate. Doc said to eat more nuts or fish.
My diet is mostly plant based but I eat seafood (like scallops and oysters) every couple of months.
