Anyone else actually prefer wearing a face mask (srs)

I have a very expressive face so people always used to call me out on my expressions which can be annoying.

Brb before covid I go to work, people say 'cheer up and smile it can't be that hard' when really I was just tired due to starting work at 4am.

Brb now I can laugh at people or customers in public without them knowing.

Pics of my mask, it has a nose hole and tiny ventilation holes so no breathing issues and its very comfortable. Only paid £5/$6.

I'm starting to feel like a ninja spy, extra mysterious, top secret, & also like it's Halloween everyday. Doesn't bother me so much when I think like that.

Yeah same there's definitely benefits, before covid if I seen a funny but inappropriate situation or person I'd have to try my hardest to keep a straight face which was challenging.

Now if the same scenario happens atleast I can relax my face to smirk/laugh.

I'm sure if I had a better facemask it would be more tolerable, but no I absolutely fuking hate it. I am a person who lets a lot of heat out from my face, so every time I've had a long shirt and long pants on while doing things for work I end up sweating like crazy from my head. It's very uncomfortable. Also, I have to wear one at the gym while going HIIT, and that it absolute misery most of the time. At least they kinda stopped giving a chit at the gym though, and as long as you're not trying to be an ******* they stopped being strict about it.

Don't let yourself get attached to anything you are not willing to walk out on in 30 seconds flat if you feel the heat around the corner.

You can't really smile or leer effectively at sloots with a mask on.

Did you buy that watch in TK Maxx?

Lmao what's being attractive got to do with it? Even with a face mask you can generally still tell if someone's good looking or not unless they have busted teeth.

Facemask can easily hide a subhuman lower third.

Never been asked to wear one at the gym and never do, it's not compulsory where I live.

We only have really have to wear them on public transport and in shops/stores.

If you have a nose-hole, that makes the whole thing useless. Honestly though, best way to breath without getting harassed. If you go on an airplane with that, however, you will get hostile treatment from the stewardesses.

No it feels disgusting. My face constantly feels wet from exhaling on myself, and I only wear it when I go to the grocery store. I can't imagine how annoying it must be to wear one all day for work.
