Is height a factor that reflects dominance in the human race ?
If you think about it, most dominant animals are tall, even tall vegetarian animals are not to be messed up (think giraffe, elephant, rhino etc.) granted they are also big but they are also very tall.

Generally yes, but there are plenty of examples manlets will undoubtedly refer to in order to try to disprove this rule. E.g. Napoleon, Hitler etc
