Can’t believe I’m saying this... but

Does anyone else not really enjoy getting drunk anymore? I like going out to dinner with friends/the lady, but getting drunk just isn’t the same anymore. I’d rather get baked tbh. I feel like an old man lol

No, I have been out for a little over a year. I gave up drinking long before that though. Even before I gave it up I was always more concerned with fitness and gym rat life though.

I would always offer to drive for my friends so they had a driver and would not feel all awkward about me not drinking. I was trying to be at the gym the next morning right when it opened.

If I'm just sitting at home, the most I'll have is like 2 beers. However, alcohol is much better if you're at a hype party or club.

I don't get hungover but if I start drinking in the afternoon, it ruins the evening. Just feel tired and not "clean"..... I have to continue drinking into the night to be able to not feel miserable.... like 8+ drinks.. The next day is fine as long as I drink water before bed and get 8 hours. Sober 8 months btw

Yea it isn't enjoyable to me. Never was. I only drink maybe 5 times a year. When I do I usually just have a few and get warm and enjoy the party/night/wedding.

Good man. I need to get back to that. I’ve admittedly been slacking with fitness lately. Definitely don’t feel as sharp due to that.

I definitely prefer green over alcohol. I never even had a drink until I was like 22 and while I had some good times being hammered, it just fuks me up too much. Nothing beats burning and just hanging out with great music and some solid friends though. I haven't touched either since new years.
