Not clear what happened. 2 people had pistols drawn on the guy. Then he sprayed pepper spray and got shot. News saying it was a private security person and another person contracted by news station with the guns. Cops said earlier it was an antifa person that killed him. Idk

this was in the middle of the public in BROAD daylight, 5 yards away from police. wtf??????

So force is judged by what the person knew at the time of use. It seems all information is in with the exception of the decedent's left hand and it appears to not hold a justification.

With the exception of "I'm going to pepper spray you then kill you with your own gun" then it's a wrap. 2nd degree all day. Manslaughter if articulated well enough by the shooter (if he were to give a statement outright).

The guy filming, whose clip is being used, is a grade A piece of chit too. This is a snippet from a 3hr clip on YouTube and the guy proceeds to resist and berate police when they try to move him away after the incident
