The President appoints the candidate and the senate confirms them.
The senate is majority Republican supporting a republican presidential appointed candidate.
There is no question on whether or not they will have enough votes to confirm her.
She will be the next Supreme Court justice.
The house is a Democratic Party majority. If it were up to them, they would not confirm her simply to spite the president. Regardless of her qualifications or capability.

When it works out in your favor (because you personally identify with Republicans (good boy)), it is fine. When it doesn’t, they are are scumbags.
Lol, same game, same rules. You are the reason you are upset about it. Not the politicians.
Edit: I now understand your perspective after reading the post above this one. I spoke incorrectly about your perspective and I understand that. (Although being “pro-abortion” is weird lol. Like Daniel Tosh..... kill them all!!!).

Harry Reid changed the 60 vote rule on judicial nominees a few years ago, unilaterally, as the majority leader in the house.
Its gone as soon as anyone that wants it gone says so. 51 votes to pass senate constitutionally.

Depends if trump can win the arm wrestling match.
Dems get to put up a congressman to go against Trump in an arm wrestling match. If trump wins, she goes through. If he fails, she gets blocked.
Suppose to happen next sunday.
