Pre employment drug testing

Are these just urine tests in canada oilfield? Or do they include hair follicle test? How long will I test positive for if i smoked 1 joint?

depends on the job. prob just a piss test. if your not fat and exercise regularly i'd say you would stay positive for 7-14 days. get some at home tests.

my job does are hair drug test for pre employment but im pretty sure they tell people that before the test. whats the difference in what they can tell between that and a urine test anyways?

urine is 30 days tops while hair is like 6 months

so lets say you hit the pepsi like 5 months prior...can they tell? or if you hit the doja 5 months earlier, would they not hire you?

also theres a place similar to mine that has their own on site testing and its mouth swab.
