how is this sloot able to get perole after brutal murder?
long story shot, this bich murdered a man's wife out of jealousy and did it while entering the police force so she had a good knowledge of how to make the crime scene look like something it wasn't. They did not discover she was the killer until 20 years after the fact because the LAPD were preoccupied with gang violence and also because just some people there are dumb and lazy as fuk. bich gets charged with murder but can be eligible for parole in 2034, which if you think about it, really isn't that long away. How is she able to get out of prison after only serving about 35 years? she killed this woman viciously, there was bite marks, scratches, there was a big struggle. you should be forced to serve life in prison for that.

This one was a serial killer with her boyfriend. They tortured and murdered girls, including her own younger sister. She's out walking around now, supposedly married her lawyer's brother and has children with him.
Meanwhile, the dude will be locked up forever obviously.

Facts:
- Notorious dink carousel rider, no one knows who the father of the kid is (doubt she does)
- Good guy Brad tried to wife up trashy sloot anyway, was rejected lol
- Child goes "missing" for 30 days before she tells anyone
- Spends those 30 days partying it up, including entering a"hot body"competition
- Moves in with latest boyfriend, doesn't tell him about missing child
- After caught, she tries to say she left Caylee with a nanny named...Zanny.Turns out nanny doesn't exist
- She takes police to her job.Turns out she was fired 2 years prior and just tried to pretend she was still employed.
- Mother finally calls 911 to report missing toddler, says "Casey's car trunk smells like something died." Cadaver dogs would also hit on the car trunk. Chloroform was in there, too.Defense claims that smell might have been a piece of pizza.<-- Imagine saying that in open court with a straight face
- Lots of incriminating searches in her google history;"Fool-Proof Suffication, Chloroform, Chest trauma, Internal bleeding, How to make chloroform, Neck breaking"<-- Defense says maybe it was some other mystery person sneakily using her computer lmao
- Body was found 1 block from Casey's house, face wrapped with duct tape
- Tried to blame her own dad, claims maybe he did it and tried to frame her. Also hinted he might have raped her or something.

There are a lot of factors in a case when it comes to sentencing. Typically if someone has good behavior its not uncommon to do 80% of a sentence. Depending on over-crowding, good behavior, and other factors that can be reduced even further.
Actual career criminals typically get off easier. Especially if they just kill another criminal. Not really uncommon for some dudes to do like 10 years for a murder then they get out.
Awhile back I met a guy that was in his mid 50s if I remember correctly. He was convicted of and did time for 3 separate murders at various parts of his life. I think his longest prison stay was like 15 years.
Also a ton of guys commit an attempted murder (Shoot someone). Victim lives. Good layer + not much evidence = a plea deal for aggravated battery. To give you an idea of an agg. battery charge that would be the same thing as if you hit someone with a bottle in a bar or punch them with brass knuckles. The use of a firearm elevates it slightly but not by much.
There are a lot of criminals out there that have shot half a dozen people or more that survived on various different occasions and they took easy plea deals and did a couple of years max.
