How hard do you squeeze the hand during a hand shake?
Honestly I know some people act like squeezing too hard is lame but people will always prefer that over a limp fish shake. That chit actually makes some people mad.
I always try and squeeze as hard as I can until they react. Then I go back to standard firm.

I give a firm grip and single thrust then disengage. That suffices for about 95% of encounters to let them know I'm not phucking around with their time/money but not a try hard ******* either.
When I encounter an individual who persists after my attempt at disengagement I pull them close, and squeeze more tightly then them while thrusting at a frequency greater than theirs and laughing and/or smiling during the ensuing dialogue. If this is a business connection, I immediately file it under "lol" and do not continue to do business with them unless they give me a strong reason to justify their domination shake.
I'm not about handshake oneupsmanship because its pretty ghey, but if you're trying to play that on me boyo, gonna have to rek you for being a tryhard copecel.
Only really noticed this kind of behavior among those who have blatant physical flaws like small hands, small height, or small earning potential.

A shake should say "Im a solid dude, and would make a good friend". Not "I'm a tough guy who's got something to prove". Also look another man in his eye, never in a confrontational way but in a warm, open, friendly way. That say's "I'm trustworthy". A guy who doesnt look you in the eye is hiding something...also if he glares in your eye that shows hostility.
You could tell alot from a shake.

I don't stop squeezing until the other person verbally acknowledges that I'm hurting them. At this point I squeeze harder until I bust and I maintain eye contact throughout.
