No one is releasing an untested vaccine, and most side effects are no worse than common cold symptoms. The vaccine development process is being expedited but they are still testing on live humans. Don't worry - it'll be six+ months before a vaccine is widely available.

If anyone thinks a real, actual (and safe) vaccine can be made in less than a year then they are incredibly stupid.

Go check how long it took for things like SARS (oops, it's been 20 years and there still isn't one, this is SARS-Covid isn't it?) Or maybe polio, or ebola etc. To get a vaccine made/found.
