It seems like too many people online are invoking the idea of "coffee" these days

A while back I remember thinking coffee or talking bout coffee online especially or anything about getting on your computer on the internet with some coffee was one of those universal cultural things that resonated with everyone.

Its up there with pizza or jacking off. Everyone can relate. its a mainstream resonance. (which makes sense, usually when you get coffee you want to browse the news or the net.)

But now it seems everyone in every YouTube video has a montage of coffee being made with a news type episodic.

Everyone is throwing coffee in there.

I dunno, coffee (as an idea that makes people perked up online) is kinda played out and jumped the shark.

Its like we get it, you like and drink coffee and we can all relate.

Coffee is starting to be cringe to me. (yes I am drinking some but im considering to drink it ironically now)

Coffee drinkers are usually in one of a few categories.

1. Instant drinkers. Gross. Zero taste buds.
2. Grind their beans drinkers. Best flavor but depends highly on how you make it
3. Coffee snobs. They're like the people who review craft beer. 2 can lead into 3 if not careful
4. Meme coffee drinkers who get diabetes bombs and call it coffee

Usually the ones on social media are 3 and 4. 3 is the mustache guy with flannels and 4 is every girl ever.

I thought it was overrated before it became cool to think it was overrated.

Unless you add cream and sugar it tastes like sh!t by itself. And the caffeine “high” is weak as fuk and you build up a tolerance quickly.

And then Starbucks came around and marketed the sh!t out of it. You’re literally paying like 3-5 bucks for something that costs the cafe less than 30 cents. Their profit margins are ridiculous.

I’d see college girls lined up every morning to get their morning Frappuccino and call it coffee, lol. It’s a fukking calorie-dense caffeinated milkshake you dumb bitch just wait until that early twenties metabolism slows down, lol.
