Whats the most amount of hours that you can consistently work and still be in shape

Noticed a lot of banker brahs etc tend to get fat etc. I feel as though i really want to maintain and improve my physique after graduating and therefore im considering what job will allow me to fit my gym lifestyle around it, I just ffel like its not realistic to be in top shape along with an 80 hour work week, I personally feel as though 60 hours a week would be my max, but 50 would be better honestly

It all depends on what time you wake up to train. Mark Wahlberg goes to bed at 7pm, and wakes up at 3 am to train in his home gym. Your life should revolve around training, not work.

atm im a masters student and i have virtually endless spare time so i just get up whenever and i always manage lifting and cardio every single day, training is important to me but i also want career success, I would say trainign is my second highest priority after work in my life, above socialsing, dating, things like that

Been working 60+ hours consistently for ten years you got get it in whenever you can. Sometimes I train at 5am before work other times at midnight and others during lunch or evening.

It can be done OP. Not sure you can do a strength program or something but can definitely maintain and unfortunately marginally improve your physique

Edited it out to anonymize myself but not fast enough lmao the hours were much higher when you first start off but as you grow (and if you decide to stay and continue to be promoted) there is different stress to the role that requires you to be almost on call but you get used to it as you have a team taking care of the tasks while you execute and continue to find deals. That's why I work at odd times as I make sure it's a priority to get it in regardless of deal flow.

Big 4 has good pockets to be in. Are you going the assurance route?

60 hours is a sweet spot for me, and you actually have a lot of free time if you're a single dude in an apartment with no house or family responsibilities. Plenty of time to hit the gym 6 days a week.

But as as soon as marriage/house/kids comes then 40 hours a week is going to feel like too much I've heard, so careermaxxing now.
