Anyone hate youtube videos after 2012?

I can't even watch them

I think the "monetization" made everything bad.. like the entire website turned into.. like an Advertisement-Simulator

Back in those days, the youtube comment section was a racist cesspool. So many tiny-dicked white incels were posting racial slurs feeling empowered by their anonymity.

It's a double-edged sword. It's a commercial site full of sell-outs now, yes, but the quality of the videos is unmatched in general. Especially for DIY purposes.

Can't pretend I wouldn't be a booby streamer for six figures annual if I could. Lol

.. that the person made the video to make $$

.. so it's not the ads that you can block, like the entire video is an advertisement...

it's like an Ad-within-an-Ad, you click the vid so they make $, but then you get the bonus Ad inside (that you block)... but what do you do now actually watch the video? weird
