Rate dinner/10

My take on "tater tot hot dish" with some slight tweaks;

93% lean ground turkey
3 cans of cream of mushroom soup (fat free)
Fat free cheddar cheese
Garlic, cayenne, onion, pepper (no salt)
Mixed veggies (carrot, pea, green bean)
Tater tots

Drizzled some ketchup / ranch over it.

Sucks but just trying to get more consistent protein in me, eat more and trying to stay leaner for winter.

All I use is fat free cheeses now - cheddar, mozzarella, cream, cottage. That’s stuff is pure protein and low calories
