Yes. I can make it float away on command and freak people out. When I was young I wore a patch over the good eye to force the weak eye to strengthen up. Typically do not have it day to day unless I just woke up and I’m not concentrating on what I’m looking at. It’s one of those things you have to fix when you’re young or it could be permanent as far as I know

yeah i had a seizure when i was 2.
it happens more when im tired. my eye will drift off.
Doctor said its not a big deal no need to do a surgery.
i used to wear black shades even inside the mall
ive just learned to accept it man. everyone has their imperfections.

Go see a fcovd optometrist. Do some therapy to strengthen your eye muscles and chances are it will pull it back into place.
