Always funny when people pretend that being an occasional smoker is impossible and smoking will inevitably lead to 'addiction' and chain smoking, because they want to excuse their lack of willpower.

100% man, I never made excuses when I did smoke. It's a massive cop out when people say they need it. Na, you just want it really bad

But it does "grab" you but I agree that once you realize it and you put it down it should be okay, but some people live for the moment and don't care about the consequneces. My GF has done this several times over the years. Occasional use and then she just gets on a bit of a binge and if it goes beyond the weekend she just has to make it a point not to touch them for a while, at least a few weeks.

Only initially. Once you get hooked then you become immune and need it to be "normal" and after a while is starts doing more damage. ED problems are often linked to smoking, lower test levels, restricted blood flow, and well, you get an urge and can't get your fix you get phychotic pretty quick.

Nope.

Antipsychotic effect is lasting.

Cerebral vasodilation is lasting.

Chronic smokers have more TT and more FT and the more cigarettes they smoke daily the higher the levels are in comparison to non smokers.

The science proves you wrong.

Smoking had always been alpha, betas afraid of ED stay away.

It's a nootropic. I notice most smokers seem witty and sharp, they're also disgusting when it comes to hygiene.

cons:
you know them already

pros:
nicotine, there isn't another drug that has proved to improve concentration as nicotine does while reducing anxiety and supressing appetite. It's great for people in stressing jobs, way better than coffee
makes people more social in bar/social events, super easy to talk to strangers while having a smoke outside some place

Pros:
-Relaxing
-Useful when cutting, since smoking surpresses hunger
-Met and smashed dozens of sloots over a borrowed cigarette

Cons:

If you do it occasionally (less than 3 times per week):
-Smelly hands

If you do it regularly (more than 10 per day):
-Smelly hands
-Pricey
-Lower endurance
-High blood pressure
-Bad teeth

Personally, i smoke 2 cigarettes per day - one in the morning and one in the evening after my workout. Every 3rd or 4th day i take a break and dont smoke at all. On a nights out i smoke up to 15 cigarettes, but currently i only go out maybe twice per month.
If you can discipline yourself to see the cigarette as a "reward", then you should be good. But if you are weak-willed it's just like trying to eat 2 gummi bears but accidentally eating the whole bag.

Honestly enjoyed smoking when I did it, glad I quit though. It doesn’t have that coolness factor in the states anymore, where OP is in Germany is much different in that respect.

In Italy and Spain it seems like most hot girls smoke

I'd like to see that science. Pretty easily proven that smokers vs. non-smokers the average smoker is less successful.
