Does anyone workout 7 times a week?
I had a friend that said he would do that, his rest day would just be more of a fun/cardio type date where he would go swimming or just go easy. Not sure if anyone goes 7 days as week, what's your schedule if you do?

Yes, most weeks I do 7 days but do a ppl, so I have 2 days of rest between workouts.
In the summer I'll lift for an hour and go paddle boarding for 3-4 hours if the waves are nice, the way I do it it's exercise, trust me. No one at my beach can keep up, young or old.

I've only missed two days this year. I just feel like garbage mentally if I don't lift during the day. I have an entire gym feet away in my garage, so it makes it easy.

Try to be active all 7 days, at the very least go for a 4 mile jog or a climbing gym or rowing machine etc
Then intense cardio one day, lift the rest. Usually get busy enough though where one day becomes inactive because of activities, travel, etc

I did labor job for 11 months and if I took a day off I would wake up and not be able to open my hands and my whole body would be tense on monday if I took sunday off so I asked if I could work 4 hours on my off day and he said yeah and the cramping stopped happening if I worked 7 days so I did that instead. So kind of.
