bought a different brand of creatine mono and it's chit.

usually buy C4 just cus. it wasn't there last time so i bought a different brand, should be the same thing.

if i take even a lil over 5g, i get diarrhea the whole day. this wasn't a problem previously.

water retention in my nipples. but not much elsewhere.
previously i cud easily tell the creatine was working cus my bis and pecs grew a bit. but when i went off, i'd piss that pump away.

dont buy expensive creatine, just buy unflavored pure creatine monohydrate, take it consistently and try not to expect too much from it.
