I found this on a search engine it's literally on the CIA website linked to Osama documents but you can't find it on the actual websites directory only on a search engine?

There's a lot of weird stuff in that CIA library. I remember seeing things talking about using astral projection for missions, and psychics being real.

No idea what's up with that library.

One of my bros sent me a link to a massive dump of UFO documents a few weeks ago including how the government tried to invent time travel or some chit. They were a bunch of pdf files directly from the CIA just like in the OP. Figured it was best if I didn’t click on them though...

I used to watch conspiracy chit when I was younger but was mainly speculation like seeing celebrities doing symbols etc with spooky music in the background... Looking at those Illuminati cards like this that says "The bottom of this card reads: "Good thoughts are now required. Increase the power of all Liberal groups by +3. All Conservative groups with a Power of only 1 become criminal as well.""

"The bottom of the "Death To All Fanatics" card reads: "If there's one thing we can't stand, it's intolerance ... Requires Illuminati or Fanatic Action(s)."

A theory I've heard is that they believe by releasing their plans and intentions to the public they clear themselves of bad karma. Like with 9/11 predictive programming in films etc.

At the very least it's desensitizing. Just think about the chit 10 years ago that was controversial to now in 2020...

These arent "CIA" files, they are documents they seized from the raid at Osama's house in Pakistan, they are hosting them for public interest.

I never said they were "CIA files", I said they were Osama documents and that doesn't make it any less strange lol.
