Fat normies think taking the stairs counts as exercise

Today at work I got stuck in the lift for like 15 minutes. I only work on the 2nd floor, one of my colleagues (a fat manlet) said "Aren't you supposed to be the super fit one, why were you getting the lift?"

Another middle-aged woman tries to take the stairs 'quickly' once a day for exercise. My manager is always visibly winded after climbing the stairs.

Stuff like that always makes me laugh. Same with the people who track their steps everyday and park further away to "get more exercise in and increase my steps".

People will do anything to avoid real exercise.

You guys aren't in the best shape yourselves, you'd greatly benefit taking the stairs more and parking further from the entrance of a dwellin. Pretty moronic you guys are bothered by people burning a lil extra calories.

Karen did her 10,000 steps today and she's still fat.

There are signs up at work which say climbing one flight of stairs burns 5 calories. Only 100 flights for one small meal.

It's actually pretty surprising how much and extra 5000 steps per day can make on your level of personal fitness. When I'm traveling I generally take like 12,000-15,000 steps per day and rarely gain any weight. When I'm at home, that number is more like 5,000-7,000 and I will gain weight unless I add extra cardio or other things into the mix.

They also thinking walking is sufficient
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.

^^^Racist police officer who also cries about how racism doesn't exist, also cries reverse racism and typifies the stupidity of the racist right, referring to black people as "they" and regurgitating racist stereotypes.

A few of my colleagues cycle to work, they think their moderate effort bike ride is good exercise. On my most intense days I used to run 4 miles to work carrying all my stuff, go to the gym after to lift and then do a HIIT circuits class. That is a level of exercise incomprehensible to the average fat normie.
