Hi, I floss 1-2x a day and brush in the morning and before bed. Finished invisalign over a year ago.

I blame invisalign for making me floss so much, it’s nasty to have food in your teeth and put the retainers back on.

Invisalign wasn’t bad at all, at first when you put in new trays your mouth is sore for 24 hours or so and it makes you talk with a lisp sometimes.

brah you dont need to floss after every meal. the floss is mainly to mechanically disrupt plaque that accumulates in between the teeth. which means twice a day max is all you need (every 12 hours) cause plaque wont harden or turn into tartar that quickly
