How's my anime resume looking?

Been watching for about 3 years consistently:

1. Dragonball - DBZ, DB, DBGT, DB Super
2. HxH - 1999 and 2011
3. Yuyu Hakusho
4. Initial D
5. Deathnote
6. Evangelion
7. Now and then, here and there

List also includes all of the movies/specials that any of these animes have. Next up on my queue is Full Metal Alchemist. Open to suggestions, questions, comments

Good choice with Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood being next on your list. It's great and a must watch.

If you ever wanna get into reading manga then I'd do One Piece. Still a lot of chapters, but would be a much easier get thru compared to the anime. imo

I gave manga a try with HxH. Only because it goes past the anime and I liked the anime enough to go through it all over again in a manga. But I can't see myself getting into manga because I thrive on the audio part of anime - the Japanese voice acting and the godly soundtracks

Well I definitely would check out One Piece if you feel you could get thru it. You made it thru all of the dragon balls so it's possible. It's probably my favorite series ever. I read the manga, but a lot of people love the anime too.

Cowboy Bebop would be a good quick get thru that's really good.

you have to watch "School Days". It's a right of passage to call yourself an anime fan.

Personally I would watch the original FMA over brotherhood and watch brotherhood after. Google which one you should watch and you'll see people discussing why the original FMA is superior. One Piece is also fantastic but it turns a bit too fantastical for my tastes after episode 330ish or what is known as the water 7 arc. The storytelling and character building and world building in early one piece is straight up legendary tho.

In fact your taste in anime is basically the same as mine, you'll probably enjoy 1. Zankyou no Terror 2. Yakusoku no Neverland 3. Made in Abyss, the artstyle might throw you off since these are newer anime but their good animes trust me.

Gintama, has a lot of funny random episodes but the serious arcs can be suprisingly dark, and it just feels all that darker as its usually light hearted. How its balanced is near perfect
