Lies are the glue that hold the entire charade called "life" together.

Think about it. If the average NPC we were told the truth about ourselves, about existence, relationships, religion, what we thought of each other, the true intentions of others, etc, etc, they'd likely jump off a cliff.

Life is full of lies, yet we go along blissfully ignorant like the lies don't exist, knowing deep down that something isn't right.

It's absolutely devastating when we find out the truth, but I often think we're better off in the long-run when it happens.

It makes you think: Red pill? Blue pill? What's a better existence?
