Rate my dinner
So for dinner I made homemade fried chicken
Marinated in butter milk for 24hrs
Roasted veggies, Brussel sprouts and squash tossed in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and oven roasted
Cucumbers and cherry tomatoes
Some instant rice and quinoa

First time I've made fried chicken, came out pretty damn good.

What kind of breading did you use? I keep seeing videos of people using crushed up flaming hot cheetos (or crushed Nacho cheese doritos) as breading and it looks phuckin' amazing.

Seriously.
Also take the 20 minutes and make some nice flavorful and aromatic basmati rice. It's worth it.

Beer batter is great for everything. Simple too, flour, beer, and some seasoning. Hhhhhnnnng.
